Your right to opt out
When you ask RemodelGenius to connect you with a home-service professional, we share your request with independent companies that can help. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, this sharing may be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to tell us to stop at any time. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
What opting out does
- We stop delivering your requests, including any you submit later with the same email or phone number, to Partners.
- We apply your request as soon as we can, and no later than 15 business days after we receive it.
- Information already delivered to a Partner before your request is not recalled. You may need to ask that Partner directly to stop contacting you. Tell us in the form if you want to know which companies received your request.
